Seagull Scientific Named Organization of the Year by Major Industry Association

Bellevue, WA – April 16, 2015 – Seagull Scientific, manufacturer of BarTender software, is honored to announce that it has been named Organization of the Year by AIM North America, the industry association and authority on barcode, RFID, RTLS and mobile computing.

The award was announced and presented to Seagull President Harold Boe on April 14 in front of an audience of industry professionals at the AIM Summit 2015 in San Diego, California.

"Selecting Seagull Scientific as the 2015 AIM North America Organization of the Year serves as testament to a company which consistently puts the AIDC industry first. Many others claim this, but we too often see that sales are the key catalyst for action," said Mary Lou Bosco, Chief Operating Officer for AIM, Inc. and AIM North America. "Seagull demonstrates a commitment to going above and beyond in all aspects of their endeavors and understands this dedication not only enhances Seagull’s reputation, but translates into growth for the entire AIDC industry as well as the success of their business."

"We are deeply proud of the reputation that Seagull has built over the past 30 years, and that our BarTender software is trusted by hundreds of thousands of users around the world," Boe said. "But we're even prouder of the relationships we've forged with our partners, our customers, our colleagues in the industry, and the AIM organization. We've enjoyed helping our industry grow, and we're convinced that there is tremendous potential for greater growth in 2015 and beyond. We're looking forward to working with AIM to make it happen."
